11月10日，“凯旋2号”自升式钻井平台桩腿全程升降试验在启东中远海工顺利完成。平台桩腿全程升降试验从开始到结束仅用10小时，比“凯旋1号”缩短2个小时。
“凯旋2号”桩腿全程升降试验完成后，将进行平台耐久试验及调试扫尾工作。
